SCHOLARSHIP WINNER HONORED AT THE SUPREME COURT LUNCHEON
San Francisco Law School's Dean, Jane L. O'Hara Gamp had the pleasure of addressing the San Francisco Lawyer's Club Inn of Court at its annual luncheon honoring the California Supreme Court on Tuesday, May 6th, 2008 and presenting its 2008 law student scholarship to Ms. Roselle Johnson.
Ms. Johnson is currently finishing her second year at San Francisco Law School. She works as a bookeeper during the day to support herself and pay for her legal education. She plans to use her scholarship to defray expenses on her upcoming Moot Court class this summer. Ms. Johnson was a former honor student at San Francisco State University where she was actively involved as an intern with the Juvenile Court of San Francisco and the Cooperative Restraining Order Clinic. The plight of these individuals made a lasting impression on Ms. Johnson. As an attorney, she "wants to be able to provide help to those in need".
San Francisco is justifiably proud of and applauds Ms. Roselle Johnson on her achievement.
